Congratulations to Austin and Brandon, winners of the “What Drives You To Succeed?” essay contest!
To recognize the importance of mentoring, NASCAR racing phenomenon Matt Kenseth and Arby’s asked young participants in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBS) youth mentoring program to write a one-page essay about what drives them to succeed.
Matt Kenseth is passionate about racecar driving and has become one of NASCAR’s leading drivers by dreaming big and working hard to attain his goals. The essay contest challenged writers to describe what drives them to succeed and how they dream big and work hard to reach their goals.
Winning writers Austin and Brandon, along with their parents, will travel to Phoenix on November 10, 2007 to meet Matt Kenseth and watch him drive the #17 Arby’s car at the Phoenix International Speedway. Click on the links below to read their winning essays.
